Senior Site Manager for a Medium-Sized Construction Company in Gothenburg – with Heart in the Right Place
We are looking for an experienced, secure, and committed site manager – who also has their feet on the ground. Our client is a medium-sized construction company based in Gothenburg that combines business acumen with a strong focus on values, involvement, and sustainable leadership.

As a site manager, you will play a central role in our projects, from startup to handover. You will have overall responsibility for planning, leading, and following up on the project together with your team. Your leadership is crucial – both for achieving goals and for creating a positive and secure working environment.

Your Main Responsibilities:
 

• Resource and production planning
• Financial management
• Quality assurance
• Work environment and environmental responsibility
• Establishing and following up on project forecasts

We are looking for someone with many years of experience in a leadership role within the construction sector and who has managed larger projects (50 million SEK and above) from start to finish. You have solid industry knowledge, are meticulous, and work business-oriented with a solution-focused approach. You are used to delegating, prioritizing, and coaching your team to success – but you also understand the power of listening and collaborating. You have a background in commercial construction.
